Inlook 2.1.0.21 is now released!

Inlook version 2.1.0.21 was released on November 25^th 2013 .

The new release introduces quite a few new features which are based on customer suggestions and feedback

Key new features:

• Archive sent emails – automatically archive sent emails based on defined rules. This addresses the need of many Inlook users who are looking to archive all emails (including sent emails) with a specific organization or individuals into one folder.This allows to easily track and monitor all communication with a customer or supplier.
• Automatic archiving from mobile device enables you to archive from your smartphone based on Inlook archiving rules
• NoteIt – put a note for yourself before you send an email. This note will be available for you to review when you get a reply to this email. Very useful if you want to remind yourself to do something when you get the reply email
• FollowIt - a personal reminder service that will notify you when you have not received a response to your email within a specified time frame  
• Search a Folder – Easily navigate to a folder of your choice

Searching for folders with Inlook

Ever find yourself looking for a folder within Outlook? You can search for emails, contacts & tasks but you can not search for a folder.

Inlook now allows you to easily navigate to a folder of your choice.

Right clicking on the folder tree will pop up the search window in which you can start typing the folder name. Inlook will automatically suggest folders and will allow you to select which folder you would like to navigate to. 

This is pretty handy when using a complex archiving methodology

FollowIt!

Introducing FollowIt – a personal reminder service that will notify you when you have not received a response to your email within a specified time frame

How it works: before sending an email, click the “FollowIt” button followed by the time frame you would like to wait before getting a reply. Its as simple as that.

If you do not get a reply by the specified time frame, Inlook will popup a reminder to follow up on that email

Click FollowIt and then select the time frame

Note: this feature is available in Exchange mode only.

New Feature: NoteIt!

Ever find yourself in a position where you need to remember to do something you get a response to an email? From now on Inlook will take of that for you.

Before hitting the send button just click the NoteIt button and enter a reminder. When you get a response to an email all you need to do is click “Read notes”.

The note will not be seen by anyone else.

Inlook now fully supports multiple email accounts

 Following a request from one of our customers (thank you Tim from Denmark!) we have enhanced Inlook’s support for multiple accounts.
The new enhancement lets you use the analytics, defer and archiving features per email account. This is very useful when you are using Outlook to manage emails accounts you wish to maintain completely separate

Enhancement to the "Defer It" window

Following a request from one of our customers (thank you Kelly from California!) we have enhanced the "Deferred Items" window.
Up until now, this window only showed overdue emails. The new enhancement allows you to see all deferred emails (even if they have not yet reached their due date). This helps find emails you would like to handle prior to the due date.
The screenshot below shows the toggle between "overdue emails" and "all deferred emails"
