Key new features:
- Archive sent emails – automatically archive sent emails based on defined rules. This addresses the need of many Inlook users who are looking to archive all emails (including sent emails) with a specific organization or individuals into one folder.This allows to easily track and monitor all communication with a customer or supplier.
- Automatic archiving from mobile device enables you to archive from your smartphone based on Inlook archiving rules
- NoteIt – put a note for yourself before you send an email. This note will be available for you to review when you get a reply to this email. Very useful if you want to remind yourself to do something when you get the reply email
- FollowIt - a personal reminder service that will notify you when you have not received a response to your email within a specified time frame
- Search a Folder – Easily navigate to a folder of your choice
